Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads through various channels (social media, online databases, networking).
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass them to the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
Track and report on metrics related to lead generation efforts.
Utilize CRM tools to manage lead data and document interactions.
Engage with leads through calls, emails, and social media to nurture relationships.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales support, preferably in [your industry].
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
