Job Description

About the role: The HRIS Implementation Specialist will participate in all stages of the UKG Ready implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support) under the direction of the HR team.

What You’ll Do:
- Work with internal teams and selected third party service provider to manage HRIS implementation roll out
- Conduct thorough analysis of HR processes, documenting business processes where needed and developing system’ project plans
- Subject matter expert in HCM/ payroll processes and systems; make recommendations for enhancements and drives their execution
- Provide functional HRIS support to the HR community on HR processes and systems, including creating and rolling out trainings to end users
- Ensure data security and standards are adhered to; ensures local compliance
- Provide time bound and on demand status update reports
- Provide Implementation Services for UKG Ready
- Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
- Data Entry
- Work to implement HRIS (UKG Ready) best practices in preparation for the rollout of the HRIS (UKG Ready) system
- Anlyze data from the HRIS system and develop reports for HR management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot HRIS systems and resolve technical issues.
- Assist users in utilizing the HRIS system, providing guidance on process and data entry.
- Maintain a secure and confidential HRIS environment.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS system.
- Train users on the use of the HRIS system.
- UAT testing
- Participating on weekly calls with UKG and project team

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Excel proficiency required
- Prior HRIS implementation experience
- Understanding of Payroll processes and solutions CoreHR a plus
- Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
- Ability to engage with multiple projects at the same time and manage priorities
- Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate customer training.
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
