Job Description
Shift Schedule: Day shift (M-F)
Requirements:
> Non-negotiable: Should come from lending or banking company; If from firms, should have a client from lending or banking
> At least 5 years experience in ensuring 100% bookkeeping accuracy and timely financial reporting
> Experience in implementing accounting process improvements, resulting in financial and/or non-financial benefits for the organization
> Led month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
> Collaborated with cross-functional teams to share financial insights and timely updates
> Proficient in (any) accounting software and spreadsheets
> With previous startup experience is an advantage
> CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
