Job Description
Position/Job Title: COMPANY NURSE/EXECUTIVE NURSE
Work Location: Puerto Galera
Job Summary:
Providing healthcare as required to companies directors, employees and customers the company nurse is a new appointment for the firm and thus the nurse needs to help company to define the role, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the resort healthcare service.
• Provide primary and secondary care to directors, employees, and customers
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
• Manage inventory relating to healthcare
• Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
• Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
• Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) relating to healthcarel
• Create and deliver training related to healthcare and department process
• Create/Participate in marketing relevant to healthcare in the resort
• Participate in and contribute to regular management meetings
Qualifications:
• Nursing degree or similar
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse
• 5+ years experience in nursing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary Range (Php): 20k-25k
