Job Description

- Develop and implement health and safety programs tailored to the workplace.
- Provide immediate first aid treatment in case of workplace injuries or medical emergencies.
- Administer over-the-counter medications as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable sickbay area for employees seeking medical attention.
- Promote healthy lifestyle choices through wellness programs and educational initiatives.
Document all incidents of employee injury or illness while maintaining confidentiality.
- Conduct regular health assessments to monitor employee well-being.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding healthcare needs and safety concerns.
- Attend relevant training sessions.
