Job Qualifications:
• 4-year graduate (College Graduate)
• Fluent in English.
• Pleasing personality.
• Detailed oriented and can communicate effectively.
• Our client is seeking a media assistant to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our media department.
• This role will entail providing support to media professionals and ensuring that campaigns run smoothly.
• The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to media professionals such as scheduling, preparing reports, maintaining contact lists, and assisting with media plans.
• Assist in the coordination of media campaigns by monitoring performance, making adjustments, and providing support in the preparation of presentations and briefings.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support media plans, assisting with the identification of target audiences and determining the most effective media channels.
• Help prepare and distribute press releases and other media materials.
• Manage media databases, track coverage, and prepare daily or weekly reports.
• Work with creative teams to develop engaging media content for various platforms, such as social media, email, and website.
• Assist in the billing report.
Salary:
23.000,00 ₱ Monthly
