Job Description

Supervises the production processing and ensures that production performance meets or exceed expectation.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that processing meets health, sanitation, and quality standards set by the QA Department
Responsible for monitoring and processing schedule.
Ensure accuracy of processing report information.
Resolve any operational, labor, production, and maintenance problems to prevent production delays and ensure smooth operation in all processing activities
Undertake performance evaluation of all assigned staff.
Promote team environment and good communication within the group.
Check and coordinate customer requirements for production and shipping.
Constantly review equipment requirements, improvements, to maintain and improve plant efficiency
Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Check and monitor processing yields.
Prepare regular reports, perform audit on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements.
Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, and delivery functions that will ensure on-time, complete and error-free deliveries
Monitor returns from customers and ensure proper documentation is done and accurately posted in SAP.
Monitor Sales sample transactions, ensure no overstay of stock in warehouse. Report summary of samples beyond 2 weeks in warehouse.
Monitor pending invoices with Operations and ensure these will be automatically cancelled if it reaches beyond 5 days upon preparation (except for provincial customers).
Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and utilities.
Motivate staff to always perform at their best to meet company goals.
Conduct regular meeting with staff to ensure that strategic plans and goals are met.
