Job Description

The Quality Control Supervisor oversee and coordinates all activities related to Quality Control and Quality Assurance of inspection and testing. Ensure full compliance with company’s quality standards, principles and procedures. Provide corrective action to prevent recurrences of the same problem in the future.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and monitor the inspection and testing of materials parts and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Establish inspection protocols, define sampling procedures and determine equipment and mechanisms to be used in the testing process.
Check job orders before transmitting to production team.
Prepare report of product analysis, finish goods, all customized items and incoming items checked for the day to be sent to concern department.
Monitor the completed LN System transaction from time to time.
Maintain record of quality defects, product reliability and customer complaints.
Provide corrective action to prevent recurrences of the same problem in the future.
Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
Conduct random audit commensurate to the production schedules.
Resolve quality-related issues and adhere to deadlines.
Qualification:

Must be a graduate of 4 years of related course
Must have at least 2 years of work experience in the same capacity and /or in the same industry
Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques and the ability to do multi-task and adapt a fast-paced environment.
Must have the following skills, abilities and attributes: good oral and written communication, organization; with high sense of confidentiality and anticipation, high level of trustworthiness and integrity, customer-service oriented, resourceful, creative and analytical.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
