Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in tracking, organizing, and managing inventory levels across various departments.
-Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
-Help maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and movements.
-Support the development and improvement of inventory control procedures.
-Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely restocking and minimize stockouts.
-Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
-Assist in preparing inventory reports for management and other stakeholders.
-Participate in special projects, such as cycle counts or system upgrades.
Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
