About the Role:
As a Winback Specialist, you will play a crucial role in re-engaging former customers, addressing their concerns, and encouraging them to return to our services/products. You’ll need a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to empathize with and understand customer needs. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on building relationships and are driven by results.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to former customers through calls, emails, or other communication channels to rebuild trust and encourage re-engagement.
Listen actively to customer concerns, provide tailored solutions, and offer incentives or promotions to win back their business.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, customer service, and marketing) to implement effective winback strategies.
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential service enhancements.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer questions and objections.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: At least 6 months in a sales, customer service, or retention role.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
Problem-Solving: Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
Customer-Oriented: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Flexibility: Amenable to working on-site and adapting to rotating/shifting schedules.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
