Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Collect and analyze variance reports across departments, providing insights to top management for decision-making.
Develop, analyze, and summarize recommendations for annual or quarterly financial plans, including trend analysis.
Lead the preparation of budgets, coordinating with departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and conducting budget reviews to communicate status updates.
Develop 3-year and 5-year financial budgets and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
Prepare profit and loss scenarios for new ventures or expansions, contributing to strategic business decisions.
Produce and present analyses of financial and operational performance to support data-driven decision-making.
Implement processes to enhance analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities, driving improvements in financial performance.
Use data analysis to challenge existing practices and drive innovation within the organization.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify opportunities for improving financial performance across business lines.
Ensure budgeting processes comply with regulatory requirements and maintain internal controls.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and various departments to gather inputs and align financial strategies with overall company goals.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles and concepts.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and finance-based modeling skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments and senior management.
Experience with long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve financial performance issues.
