QA/QC Supervisor

What you'll be doing

· He shall ensure that all Quality Documents are available and communicated to all relevant personnel.

· This position ensures that all activities are in accordance with the Approved Quality Documents to meet the Client requirements.

· Shall ensure that all appropriate testing and inspections are conducted, to assure the conformance of the product as per the contract.

· He will be monitoring the inspections progress, review reports and documentation, and verify, upon completion of the work, that all requirements have been met and that the required quality records have been obtained and filed.

· Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.

· Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes

· Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.

· Conducts Orientation to newly hired employees

· Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures for construction projects

· Conducting regular site inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and safety protocols

· Identifying and resolving quality issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions as needed

· Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure compliance

· Training and mentoring junior quality control personnel

· Preparing and submitting quality control reports to project managers and stakeholders

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and maintain open communication

· Generates Methodologies and Inspection Test Plan in collaboration with the process owner, and line with the Project Specifications

QULIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Supervisor in the construction industry

· Thorough understanding of construction quality control principles, practices, and regulations

· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings

· Familiarity with quality control software and documentation processes

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
