Job Description
Work Schedule: Rotation Shift (Weekends Off)

What You’ll Be Doing:
License Management: Oversee the US Third-Party Administrator (TPA) licenses and offshore regulated entities, ensuring all licenses are filed and maintained on a central database. You’ll collaborate with Global Compliance and Service Delivery partners, ensuring timely filings and renewals.
Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and report compliance obligations both internally and externally, managing risk and assisting with audits. Constantly monitor changes in law to ensure licensing processes align with legal requirements.Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work directly with internal and external partners, including legal teams and external counsel, to manage licensing requirements, ensure compliance, and address any issues impacting licensing and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years in regulatory compliance, licensing, or risk management
Experience with sophisticated licensing and reporting issues
Familiarity with handling compliance and licensing challenges in a global context
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work remotely while being part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
Flexibility to work with global partners across various time zones
