Production Control Staff

Making or preparing documents and reports needed for production process. Responsible to follow and support all activities implemented by the management and section head regarding PPC process

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Monitor and report of raw materials daily status and consumption.
• Conduct monthly raw materials inventory
• Perform routine monitoring, updating and reporting of daily production status
• Conduct daily process/production meeting
• Coordinates and assists production officers on matters regarding production status and delivery requirements.
• Reports to superior in monitoring and controlling the section’s operation with reference to established process and quality standards.
• Conduct follow-ups especially for urgent and delayed items.
• Prepares required gauges for production use.
• Prepare production slips.
• Update, control, and file documents and records.
• Perform general clerical works.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time depending on the needs of the operation.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of either B.S. in Industrial Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in the Cavite area
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• With strong analytical skills and good problem-solving
• With strong oral and written communication skills
• With a positive work attitude, trainable and flexible
• Self-started and must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office or similar software
