Job Description
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Skills:
1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Management
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve cluster sales targets and objectives.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance within the assigned cluster, identifying opportunities and challenges.
-Regularly review sales data, generate reports, and propose action plans to improve sales productivity.
2.Team Leadership
-Supervise, guide, and motivate sales representatives and agents within the cluster.
-Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the team's skills and performance.
-Ensure team alignment with company goals and objectives.
3. Client Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the cluster.
-Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering excellent service.
4. Market Analysis
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
-Provide insights and recommendations for new market penetration and product positioning.
5. Operational Excellence
-Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards within the cluster.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to support sales initiatives.
-Manage operational resources effectively to meet sales goals.
6. Reporting and Feedback
-Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Cluster Head.
-Provide feedback and recommendations for improving sales strategies and team performance.
