Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist plays a key role in identifying and targeting potential customers through comprehensive research. This position involves developing impactful lead generation strategies using cold calling, email marketing, and networking. The candidate will actively contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales:
Effective identify and target potential customers.
Develop lead generation strategies through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activities.
Gather customer feedback to improve services, and satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to encourage referrals.
Marketing:
Conduct market research for analyzing trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior..
Develop marketing campaigns aligned with organizational objectives, setting goals, defining audiences, and selecting channels
Create compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Utilize digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to enhance brand visibility.
Use analytics tools to track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing Management, Communication Arts, or any related field.
Proven experience in Marketing, Sales, or a related role.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and online advertising.
Ability to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner to maintain the reputation of the company.
Excellent project management skills with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
