Job Description
This is a performance-focused opportunity, with the potential to transition to a full-time probationary role based on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads through online and offline channels.
- Conduct outreach via emails, calls, and social media to engage prospects.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Test and implement creative approaches to acquire new customers.
- Analyze customer feedback and use insights to optimize sales processes.
- Track daily and weekly sales performance.
- Prepare progress reports to evaluate growth strategies' effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align growth campaigns.
- Support team initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Open for fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Passionate about sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms
- Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and adapt to challenges
- Willing to experiment with innovative growth strategies
What We Offer
- Competitive project-based salary or you can earn from commission-based around Php 40,000.00 to Php 50,000.00
- Monthly commission payouts based on performance.
- Opportunity for a probationary contract after 3 months.
