Job Description

Comply with the ITG Quality Framework established by TCOE

Ensure Test Process are followed according to the SDLC and TCOE Test Process

Provide guidance on Test Leads, supervise test teams to ensure consistency in implementing Test Process

Gather and report Test Status and represent the Test Team in meetings within and across the Units

Identify Risks and mitigation plan

Prioritizes testing activities to ensure delivery of commitments

Gather resource requirements for upcoming projects and enhancements of the Unit

Plan, control and implement testing processes

Define and monitor execution of test tasks and activities,

Handle schedule, budget and overall test efforts

Set quality metrics and ensure team meets the set metrics

Identify skills requirement of the team, identify training needs

Skill Set:

At least 10 years’ experience in TESTING delivery of CRM projects for Banking

Experience in large scale testing programs (?1000 test cases at least)
