Data Manager (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to lead the development and application of robust data systems, ensuring efficient data management, high-quality data collection, and insightful analysis. This role involves enforcing data standards, addressing enterprise data challenges, and driving continuous improvement in data management processes to support strategic business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce guidelines for efficient data management across the organization.
Design and implement methods for collecting high-quality, accurate, and reliable data.
Establish secure and effective protocols for data handling, storage, and analysis.
Define standards for presenting data to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide training and support to teams on data systems and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and evaluate data systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend new technologies.
Protect digital databases and archives against data loss and security breaches.
Support data extraction, reporting, and ad hoc analysis needs.
Oversee system maintenance and authorize updates to enhance performance.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in data management, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven success in managing data systems and processes.
Comprehensive understanding of data management and administration (e.g., collection, analysis, and dissemination).
Familiarity with current information systems and database technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities.
