Job Description
· Preparing various Team Services and Referee Services operational concepts, SOPs, policies and procedures
· Driving the cross-functional interaction with LOC FAs for Teams and Referee related operations and ensuring integration with FIFA and HC through each LOC Functional Area
· Representing Team Services at various operational meetings and other relevant activities to Teams and Referees
· Dealing with implementation of Rate Card, Teams/Referees visas etc.
· Managing spectating teams and spectating referees projects
· Assisting in preparation and organization of operations for PMAs pre-tournament camps
· Monitoring execution of the project plan milestones
· Establishing efficient communication with key stakeholders (including relevant local governmental authorities)
· Preparing and conducting training for Team Services and Referee Services temporary staff (TLO, VRLO, volunteers)
· Controlling the Team Services and Referee Services budget execution
· Reporting, post-Event debriefing for the Team services and Referee Services Project across all venues
· Any other duties that may be assigned
