We are looking for a native Thai or Chinese speaker with proficiency in English to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The role involves responding to customer inquiries through the website while ensuring professional and courteous service. Additionally, the position requires basic knowledge of marketing and assisting in communication with customers to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries through the website (via emails, forms,Phone and chat).

Resolving customer issues and answering questions promptly and professionally.

Providing clear and accurate information about the company’s products and services.

Collaborating with the marketing team to understand customer needs and improve communication.

Identifying recurring issues and providing feedback to relevant departments.

Maintaining accurate documentation of all inquiries and handling them using the CRM system.

Requirements:

Required: Native speaker of Thai or Chinese.

Required: Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Previous experience in customer service is a significant advantage.

Basic knowledge of marketing and the ability to communicate customer needs to the marketing team.
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
