Job Description
As a Cable Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their cable services. This role involves providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle technical issues related to cable services.
Qualifications:
Are a college graduate with or without a background in the Customer Experience Solutions industry or;
High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
With at least 6-12 months of background in the Customer Experience Solutions industry
Have good English communication skills
Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Have superb computer skills
Are willing to work on shifting schedule
