Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of a four-year course in Management, Psychology, Human/Industrial Relations, or Bachelor of Laws.
Preferably possesses a Master’s degree.
Experience:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar capacity.
-Strong knowledge and application of labor laws/regulations and legislated benefits, including related policies, systems, and procedures.
Proven experience in the formulation, development, and implementation of key Human Resource Development (HRD) strategies and procedures.
Skills:
-Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access).
-Working knowledge and understanding of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
