Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics operations, and administration (preferably in FMCG or E-commerce industries with areas over 7,000 sqm).
Strong knowledge of legal warehouse requirements, finance, and operational systems (WMS, TMS).
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Proactive problem-solver with a positive mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
Position: Operations Assistant Manager
Location: Pasig Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Status: Urgent Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and client service commitments.
Achieve operational objectives through strategic planning, productivity improvement, and audits.
Manage KPIs and implement action plans to meet client SLAs.
Prepare and report operational activities, including inventory, inbound/outbound, and productivity.
Ensure workplace safety, compliance with legal requirements, and stock security.
Supervise and develop staff, handling recruitment, training, and discipline.
Collaborate with departments like Business Development, HR, IT, and Finance to achieve goals.
