Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of excellent customer service.
Good leadership and Interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and works systematically.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor in Culinary Arts/Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course(s).
With at least 1 year of work experience as Kitchen Staff preferably in Japanese Cuisine is an advantage
