Job Description

Job Title: HR Officer
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:
The HR Officer supports various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration. This role also involves organizing company events to foster team spirit and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment activities and support onboarding to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and promote a positive workplace culture.
Training and Development: Coordinate training programs as needed to support employee growth.
Event Coordination: Organize company events such as summer outings, Christmas parties, and team-building activities.
Performance Support: Help with performance reviews and provide guidance on development plans.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, including some experience with training and event coordination.
Solid knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience is a plus.
