Job Description
Calendar and Travel Management: Maintaining and organizing the President/CEO's schedule, coordinating appointments, arranging travel itineraries, and handling logistics for meetings and events.
Information Management: Collecting and analyzing information, preparing reports and presentations, and conducting research on various topics to support decision-making processes.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling privileged and confidential matters.
Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of special projects, initiatives, and events led by the President/CEO.
Document and File Management: Organizing and maintaining documents, files, and records, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient retrieval of information.
Relationship Building: Building and nurturing positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, executives, clients, and partners.
Meeting Support: Arranging and coordinating meetings, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Office Management: Overseeing administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating with IT support.
Miscellaneous Duties: Handling ad-hoc tasks and requests, managing expense reports, assisting with personal matters, and providing general administrative support as needed.
