As a Lead Generation Specialist with a research focus, you will play a pivotal role in helping our sales and marketing teams reach their targets. Your primary responsibility will be to research and build highly accurate lead lists using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Apollo, and others. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure they have access to high-quality leads that drive our growth.

What you’ll be doing:

● Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads and prospects within our target markets.

● Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Apollo, and more to gather contact information and company details.

● Build and maintain organized and accurate lead lists in spreadsheets.

● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their specific lead requirements.

● Ensure data integrity and quality within our CRM systems, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

● Continuously update and expand lead lists to support ongoing sales and marketing campaigns.

● Identify new lead generation opportunities and stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Proven experience in lead generation with a strong focus on research and list-building.

● Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Apollo, and similar resources.

● Proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to organize and manage lead data.

● Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

● Experience in generating leads targeting enterprise-level prospects.

● Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.

● Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
