Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The Plant Operations Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize processes within the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all plant operations to ensure production goals are met.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Manage and mentor plant staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
Develop and manage budgets to control costs and maximize profitability.
Implement sustainable practices to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably in Food Technology, Engineering, or equivalent courses.
At least 5 years of manufacturing experience in multinational, local top companies, or the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willing to work in Cebu.
