Job Description
At least 3 years in WFM with Scheduling background working with WFM tools i.e. Verint, IEX
IEX, Insurance
Job Title: AM/DM Workforce
Work location: Iloilo City
Work set up: Onsite and open for relocation
Work shift: Shifting/ Night shift
Salary: up to 90K
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience in WFM
• Experience with Scheduling in IEX tool is required
• Preferably with Insurance Domain experience
• Willing to relocate and work onsite in Iloilo site
