Job Description

Graduate in BS Psychology or Human Resources but preferably an Industrial Engineering course

- Support the validation and updating of International employee data onto SAP and to the Master Data
- Process in separating and clearances of the employees
- Lead projects to identify, correct and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data
- Lead mass data change projects and processes
- Process Master Data Change Form (MDCF) such as promotion, transfer, change in pay.
- Maintain currency of documented processes
- Administration, analysis and tracking of system access requests for HRIS (SAP HR), HRMR (HR Measurement & Reporting), TalentLink modules and Workforce Analytics (WFA)
- Daily oversight of the HR Data Steward mailbox (intake/triage), including issues and escalations as required
- Ensure data access authorizations in accordance with privacy controls
- Develop requirements documentation and conduct analysis of HR data access system change requests (SCRs) with impacted areas/owners
- Raise awareness of system access gaps, risks or concerns to management & SAP security team to arrive at a sound business solution
