Job Summary:
The Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, increase visibility, and help us connect with our customers in meaningful ways. Your expertise will help us create marketing campaigns that resonate with families, spark excitement for our brand, and elevate the company's experience across all platforms. What You’ll Do:
• Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that amplify the the company's brand, drive sales, and increase customer engagement.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research to identify consumer trends, demographics, and competitors, and use this insight to shape effective campaigns.
• Creative Campaign Development: Collaborate with our creative team to develop visually stunning and child-friendly campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media, while ensuring our brand voice is consistent and impactful.
• Digital Marketing Excellence: Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and online advertising to increase brand exposure and drive traffic.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, assess ROI, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Event Marketing & Community Engagement: Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and pop-up shops to connect with customers, build relationships, and showcase the the company's brand in person.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product development, sales, design, etc.) to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Stay Trend-Savvy: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in children's apparel, marketing technologies, and industry best practices to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
• Partner with External Creatives: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and collaborations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven Experience: 3+ years in marketing, with a focus on brand management, digital marketing, and campaign development.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Experience managing a team, including creative professionals like copywriters and graphic designers.
Creative Thinker: A flair for creating child-friendly and engaging content that speaks to families and enhances the company's brand.
• Analytical &a Data-Savvy: Comfort with analytics tools and reporting, with a focus on tracking performance and optimizing campaigns.
•Passionate About Kids Fashion: A genuine interest in children’s apparel and a desire to help build a brand that resonates with both kids and parents.
