- Performing on-site audits and inspections of our lending branches to evaluate compliance with internal controls, accounting practices and regulatory standards.
- Identifying and documenting any discrepancies or areas of concerns, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Preparing detailed audit reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
- Collaborating with branch managers and staff tp address audit findings an implement corrective actions.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Providing training and guidance to branch personnel on audit-related policies and procedures.
- Assisting with special projects and investigations as needed.
