Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to manage the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate will have expertise in transitioning from Office Ally to Practice Q, preparing and setting up the new system, and training the team on best practices. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end billing cycle, from claim submission to patient invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Responsibilities:
-Transition Management: Oversee the shift from Office Ally to Practice Q, including system setup, data migration, and staff training.
-Submit claims to insurance, follow up on denials/rejections, and resolve any issues with missing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
-Perform full Revenue Cycle Management, including claim submission, payment posting, insurance follow-up, and patient invoicing.
-Resolve billing inquiries and concerns from patients, explaining charges clearly and professionally.
-Utilize ClickUp to track tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure timely completion of billing and claim-related processes.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience with Office Ally and Practice Q, particularly with system transitions.
-Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes and medical billing.
-Fluent English with a clear accent – excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.
-Ability to train and support team members effectively.
-Familiarity with ClickUp for task management.
-Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
-Experience in customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
