Job Description

Customer communication: Interacting with customers through email, chat, or other online channels to provide information, resolve issues, and build relationships
Data entry: Entering customer and account data into a system, and verifying the data for accuracy
Document processing: Reviewing customer documents for deficiencies, and resolving discrepancies
System testing: Testing new data, system changes, and upgrades
