Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude. You will be responsible for:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor, even in challenging situations.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learning and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
