Job Description:
- Bachelors Degree Holder
- With 5 Years Of Work Experience In Operations And Leasing Assistant Manager Or Any Related Role
- Has A Knowledge In Store Construction Is An Advantage
- Willing To Start Immediately.
- Amenable To Work Onsite.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible For Site Sourcing, Selection And Acquisition Of New Locations For Store
Expansion
- Prepares Feasibility Studies And Market Profile Of The Identified Sites
- Coordinate With Mall Leasing For Smooth Transaction With Lessor And Lessee
- Maintains Relationship With Mall Management With Current And Future Business
Transactions
- Negotiates Lease Rates / Lease Proposal
