Job Description
- Lead the Global Payroll service delivery across both in-house and outsourced countries.
- Oversee payroll operations across approximately 17 countries, with around 30 pay runs.
- Drive Payroll Service Delivery and Compliance, managing a team of approximately 150 resources and supporting around 75,000 pay slips monthly.
- Manage pre-payroll, gross-to-net processing, and work closely with external payroll vendor partners.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 15 years of Payroll Service Delivery experience within BPO or Shared Services.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience in a large-scale environment.
- Strong experience in Global Payroll operations, preferably with ANZ Payroll knowledge.
- Proven experience managing large teams (50+ employees) across multiple geographies.
- In-depth understanding of STP, Superannuation, Tax Remittances, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
