Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Incumbent will be responsible for Global Payroll delivery across in-house and Outsource Countries.
• There are overall 17 countries that under scope with approx. 30 Pay runs.
• Incumbent will be responsible for overall Payroll Service Delivery and Compliance managing a team of approx. 150 resources servicing approx. ~75K pay slips monthly.
• Role will be managing Pre payroll, Gross to net and external vendor partners

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 15 years of Payroll Service Delivery experience under BPO or Shared Services industry
• At least 8 years leadership experience
• Must have experience in Global Payroll preferably ANZ Payroll
• Should have managed a team of 50+ with multiple geographies
• Should have a good understanding of STP, Superannuation, Tax Remittances and other Regulatory requirements
