Job Description

Your Role:

The position will be responsible for contacting clients, sales representatives and their customers by phone, email, or internal ticketing system to collect information.

By conducting phone interviews, email exchanges with our clients, it aims to understand the customers' business, help develop content ideas, and create a package of information that can be used by our internal creative teams to generate compelling online, and offline copy. It also aims to understand opportunities from our end that will aid in investigations and responding to client escalations.

What you will do:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to gather required project information and assets.
Handle client communications via phone, email, and ticketing systems to clarify requirements and address inquiries.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools for design edits and suggestions.
Manage project timelines, track revisions, and ensure successful delivery of creative products.
Collaborate with teams to maintain client-specific documentation and project standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of solid experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum of 1 year experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other graphical design tools.
Intermediate skills and knowledge of graphic design tools.
Minimum of 1 year project management experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects effectively.
Amenable to work on a graveyard shift.
Applicants must be residing within Metro Manila.
