Job Description
Responsible in monitoring effective and efficient commercialization process to ensure quality and food safety is not compromised.
Qualification Guide
-BS in Food Technology, Nutrition, Engineering or any related course.
-At least 3-5 years’ experience in food manufacturing
Training / Certification
-GMP, HACCP, Food Safety
-Sensory Evaluation
Duties and Responsibilities
-Monitors the timeliness and effectiveness of batch trial runs
-Reviews batch trial reports, shelf-life study and transit test
-Ensures submission of completed and accurate reports before product launch
-Maintain and upload BOM and/or recipe in the system
-Manages performance of the assigned team members to ensure compliance to the turn-around time of project.
-Submits weekly report to the R&D manager through the project list update.
-Ensures that the food safety policy and the objectives are established and are compatible with the assigned business unit.
-Performs other work-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
