Job Description

Job Overview:
Join our Care Coach / Customer Care Representative and take on tasks such as health education, health counseling, and consultations.

Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Medical, Social Science/Work, or any related field.
-Preferably 1 year in total of DIRECT PATIENT CARE (Long-term Care, Home/Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, Case Management) or BPO (member call) experience can also be considered.

OR
-Associate Graduate (any courses)
-2 years in total of BPO (member call) experience
