Job Description:
✨ Bachelors Degree Holder
✨ With 5 Years Of Work Experience In Operations And Leasing Assistant Manager Or Any Related Role
✨ Has A Knowledge In Store Construction Is An Advantage
✨ Willing To Start Immediately.
✨ Amenable To Work Onsite.

Job Responsibilities
✨ Responsible For Site Sourcing, Selection And Acquisition Of New Locations For Store Expansion
✨ Prepares Feasibility Studies And Market Profile Of The Identified Sites
✨ Coordinate With Mall Leasing For Smooth Transaction With Lessor And Lessee
✨ Maintains Relationship With Mall Management With Current And Future Business Transactions
✨ Negotiates Lease Rates / Lease Proposal
