Job Description

Responsibilities
Manage workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely care and resolution.
Monitor recovery progress and compliance with treatment plans.
Serve as the main contact for injured employees, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
Communicate with insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, employers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct initial assessments of injury reports and medical documentation.
Evaluate treatment plans, assess further care needs, and determine work restrictions.
Ensure compliance with workers' compensation laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of case interactions and medical reviews.
Provide education on workers' compensation processes and injury prevention.
