Accountant

Responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This roles maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision making.

Key Responsibilities
• Records financial transactions in accounting software.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare and file tax returns
• Assist in audit preparation and support
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance
- At least 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Peachtree, QNE)
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work in San Juan City
