Production Planner for Computer Chips & MicroWire/Binan Laguna

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Analyze production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare reports on production performance and suggest improvements.
Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
Communicate with sales and customer service teams regarding order status.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.
Forecast production needs based on sales trends and market demands.
Develop contingency plans to address potential production disruptions.
Train and mentor junior production planning staff.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production goals.
Evaluate and select appropriate production planning software.
Ensure accurate documentation of production processes and schedules.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
Monitor and control production costs to stay within budget.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Maintain a clean and organized production planning workspace.

Requirements:
Graduate of any 4 year course
• With at least 1 year work experience in Production Planning in a
manufacturing company.
Knowledgeable in SAP system.
• Know how to handle customers.
