Data Entry and Coding

Input data into databases, ensuring high level of accuracy and consistency
Update and modify existing records when necessary
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in alignment with business requirements
Data Validation and Quality Control

Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies or missing information
Perform routine quality control and cleanup procedures to ensure the integrity of the database.
Database Management

Organize and maintain data files and records to ensure ease of access
Monitor and update database systems as necessary, ensuring compliance with internal protocols
Collaboration and Communication

Work with other departments to understand data requirements and provide support
Respond to data related inquiries from staff and assist with data retrieval as needed
Participate in meeting and provide insights on data management best practices
Perform other duties that may be required from time to time
Confidentiality and Compliance

Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive data and protect against unauthorized access or misuse
Comply with legal and company standard for data security and privacy.

Qualifications:

Preferred BS Accountancy Graduate
Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
