Job Description
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences of clients, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Design and implement a strategic brand sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence to achieve target brand sales
• Gather customer and market insights to create strategies to deliver business objectives and maintain a strong brand identity
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
• Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for assigned brand/s
• Manage conception, budgeting, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to improve corporate branding
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Identify revenue opportunities within our established client base and manage consistent growth of performance
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
