Job Description

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work
experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role in recruitment.
- Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and
candidates.
- Ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications objectively and match them to job requirements.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a focus on delivering results.
