Job Description

The Client Account Officer will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. This role involves managing client accounts, addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and develop strategies to meet their business goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role.
Proven experience managing client accounts in relevant industries is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building trust.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred but not required: Experience in the Australian market or knowledge of Australian business practices is a plus.
